What's included with my subscription?

Where is WIMD available?
WIMD is currently available in Canada. We support all major Canadian banks through Plaid and SimpleFin.
Can I track accounts in different currencies?
Yes, WIMD supports multiple currencies. You can connect accounts in CAD, USD, and other currencies. All amounts are displayed in their original currency.
Do you support cryptocurrency wallets?
Not currently. WIMD focuses on traditional bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts. Crypto wallet support may be added in the future.
Do you need my bank login credentials?
No. You authenticate directly with your bank through Plaid or SimpleFin. We never see your bank username or password—only a secure token that gives us read-only access to your transactions.
How do you keep my financial data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We have read-only access to your accounts—we cannot move money. We never sell your data. See our Security page for full details.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial automatically converts to an active subscription. You'll be charged the yearly rate at the end of your 7-day trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We also offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied.
